"I just walked in on Saturday and was immediately taken care of: hair wash, hair cut, hair wash, hair dry, lotion. I like quality of hair cut, speed, friendly atmosphere and nicely modern decorated room. After all, it is cookie. What not to love? But if you are looking for a cheap $8 hair cut, that place is definitely not for you."

"If you have a favorite hairdresser who works here, then it's a great arrangement. The salon is clean, bright and modern. But parking is a challenge. So allow an extra 5 minutes to find a parking spot: during busy hours it will be on the side street."

"The salon designer, Jeff, was very impolite and very hard to have conversation with. He doesn't listen to your concerns and no patience to answer any customer questions. Your money deserve better service. Not recommend at all."

"I book appointments for only cutting band. But they cut my whole hair without permission. Also, I didn’t ask for hair perm. When they bring perm tool, I asked why they do everything without my permission. Finally they charge the whole hair for cutting hair in 2 minutes. Will never come here again. Also, for anywho who will come, bear in mind they will add extra services without telling you."
