"Just bought a new slim PS5 disc version and some games. With their $25 discount and the member rewards I think it was the best price and no shipping wait. Plus I now have another $15 in rewards points. The store is a mile away (Arden and Watt, Sacramento) and has nice and informative employees... I always bug them about getting me some One Piece TNG cards and they help locate them in town. I have been happy with them. I did buy the warranty."

"Don't pre-order. I paid full price for two copies of a game. I wasn't told about a "finalized" process even though I paid full price. I arrive, I get in line, and then when it's time to finalize, I'm given a receipt for 50% of my purchase. I can see that the cashier was nervous, so I'm not upset with him. It is this process. I paid full price for two games, and nothing in the system flagged the cashier. The system needs simplification. Also, they ran out of pre-order bonuses. I've never pre-ordered a game before, and this has definitely turned me off from ever doing it again with GameStop. Extra star for the cashier doing his best with poor programming."
