"This place is horrible. It's an easy, cheap and friendly sign up process. Once you sign up, there are several loopholes to jump through if you want to cancel. There are limitations to your memberships (AKA fine print). I wrote a review about my experience during the pandemic, where they lied, manipulated and smiled as they took advantage of me. I recently noticed that my review was removed after a couple of years. I am not "with" that. If you can see, they must have done something for me to follow up. I recently had an experience in person again, to make sure this review had new and valuable information. They are still the same manipulative money hungry pirates they were before and during the pandemic. They didn't highlight any of the information for cancelation or the fact that it is through a completely different company. If you are concerned about your credit, your good name and your ability to make healthy choices on your own, please avoid this place. FITNESS 19, PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO REMOVE THIS OR OFFER TO "HELP". You had the opportunity to help when I gave you business and trusted you. You only reached out once your intimidating tactics did not work and the review was hurting your business. I will continue to shop your business and fairly update this review."

"I’ve been a member of Fitness 19 since 2014 .. my paraplegic, son & myself work out here together. I’m now 69 years old and am a silver sneaker. During Covid I was being charged $19 a month for 12 months . I had been a silver sneaker since before Covid and couldn’t understand why I was being charged when I confronted the management about it I was told he could only give me $50 back out of over $200 I was charged. Because of the way this was handled it kept me from coming to this gym for over a year. I felt very uncomfortable for a long time … this past year I met a few people that go to the gym, which helped it be easier to walk through the doors This year they hired this new guy & the Gym is spotless, very clean! He is constantly going around , cleaning the machines, the floors, the windows, everything looks beautiful! along his friendly smile! Otherwise, besides his attitude towards me, all the employees make this, a lovely gym!!"

"It would be nice if news channels were more neutral. No more fox news or even CNN. It's disconcerting to see biased channels overtaking a place where one should be able to exercise free of political favoritism."

"We came in today to unfortunately cancel our membership since my husband needs a gym with a pool due to his disability- Everett was so kind and helpful, and even talked to us about a different prism my husband would qualify for as a veteran. Everett went above and beyond to give us this information, and I’m so glad to know there is an option to still use this gym while making sure my husband has one for his needs, without breaking the bank with multiple memberships.
