"Pulled into drive thru for four tacos and a Jumbo Jack at 8pm on Saturday night. Employee standing at the menu taking orders and we proceeded to the window where we sat for over 15 minutes waiting for our food. Did I mention we ordered just four tacos and a hamburger? And waited, and waited and waited even though we were the only car in line. We get our food home and the tacos are all broken and not worth eating, so in the trash they went. Thanks Jack in the Box!!!! We will not be back.....EVER!!!"
"They usually offer sauces at the window but Angelica didn’t. I’ve never had anyone tap their fingernails at me while asking for any sauce then made me come back because they forgot part of my order so of course my food was cold by the time I got home. Thanks I guess"
