"I got a full set and pedicure and this was the most painful nail experience of my life. Not to mention that the shape of my nails is awful and there’s a ton of acrylic stuck to my fingers. They also tore the skin on my thumb and it’s been bleeding, do not recommend. Also way more expensive than other places. Will not be going back."

"I love coming here, always helpful, patient, and friendly. They always do their best to squeeze you in if you just walk in the same day and they are full. They sometime open before their opening time as well. I went to wait until they opened, and they opened the doors 30 min before opening. There were others also waiting, so it was a busy day, but they always tried . I got a TAP gel manicure. I love this over the regular gel. It lasts longer and more durable. I love natural looking nails."

"Beware before deciding to get your nails done here please read…. I got my nails done here (gel x extensions) manicure $60 and immediately knew something was wrong. Quality of work was not it should have been. One nail was glued on crooked and many air bubbles. Measurements were off and wasn’t filed to match my original nail bed. I right away told the technician of the issues and she gaslighted me and made several excuses as to why these weren’t issues however it’s been 3 days since and nails are already falling off. It’s a shame that they don’t care about their customers or the quality of their work. If you want really good service and great nail service where they care about their quality go to ESTA NAILS on Newport Rd a few businesses down Starbucks."

"I had a pretty unpleasant experience here today. I came in wanting a full set and a lady took care of my full set. I asked her for a design & she insisted on a color change, I told her the color was too dark...From there she was very rough on my cuticles & filing down my nails. I was in pain the entire time.When she was done I told her it was fine to leave the nails as they were I didn't want to make it into a big deal as confrontation is not my thing. I knew If she colored the nails with the polish tip I would not like the base color. So I let her finish the job. When she was done my nails were not shaped evenly & there was rough surface scratches under the clear coat that made the nails look undone. When I brought it up to her she laughed and said it was the lighting. Apperantly lighting makes your nails look uneven and undone. I brought it up to the gentleman in the front he was nice about it & wanted to make it right, she was upset & in denial. I told him I'd have to come bk as I had to pick up my son from school. When I came bk she had me going around the nail salon showing her coworkers my nails, humiliating & embarrassing as they were all grunting & laughing as she was. I told the gentleman in the front I did not want her doing my nails because she was laughing saying she had to correct "nothing". So they sat me down for a while waiting for someone else to correct her mistakes. I will not be going there again. Nails aren't cheap, and to be laughed at and told to go around showing other people your nails as if I was a little kid gaslighting me in front if workers & customers alike was so humiliating. Nevertheless I tipped the lady who corrected her mistakes my nails ended up shorter than desired, but at least they looked presentable."
