"Don’t waste your time at this placed. When I had my first consultation after Month at firm. I thought that was a day care perhaps some in the room place That’s what I thought I look around and I see Kids were running around in the waiting area. I understand that some people had to bring theirs at work I don’t agree, but what can you do. my interview with the lawyer that it was interrupt a couple times by the kids that were getting slamming the office door and Chasing each other. I was like OK it’s ok . The person hows in charge of the phone very unprofessional and extremely rude. I left few phone call messages weeks pass by didn’t get a response. The same Pearson how’s answer the phone call me after 3 weeks that I left a message. The conversation was extremely Oh rude she told you want to help or not. Because I mi ask her why a took her too long to return my call. Wish she when she went through the roof and try Try To lecture me that wasn’t their fault and try to make me look like it was fault. I also ask her that I to speak with the lawyer then she no whatever you need is talk to her you talk to me. I honestly had to look for another firm. Sorry but you guys are very unprofessional except for the lawyer. I’m not complaining about the decision firm if I was eligible or not. It’s the actitud of the people how’s handle the phone calls that just because they work for the association make them think that the can look other people over the shoulder, until some like me me that. Whatever attitude you you’ll get the same. I hope that you treat people with respect. Again the layer treat me very professional thank you."
