Mountain Mike's Pizza

"Placed an online order for one medium-sized pizza. We got to the restaurant 20 minutes after placing the order, which was the time that it was supposed to be ready. The cashier told us they need 10 more minutes to finish the pizza. Understandable, they were pretty busy and had a few other people already waiting for orders as well. After another 20 minutes of waiting around, a worker checked on my order and he told me the order will take about another 40 minutes. This was just ridiculous... Over an hour of waiting for a single pizza. At this point, we asked if we could just cancel the order and get a refund, to which the worker told us he "doesn't know" if we could do that. We just left at this point. As for the other customers who were waiting for their orders: one guy placed his order of four pizzas 2 hours before we got there and he was still waiting. Others who were already waiting when we got there also had to wait over an hour for their orders. Meanwhile, people who had just entered the restaurant were getting their orders right away. The staff is also pretty rude. I saw one worker pick up a phone call and immediately place the phone on the counter without saying anything. And the last time we went here, the cashier gave me the nastiest attitude before I even opened my mouth. I would advise staying away from this restaurant. I don't think I see myself coming back again."

"Definitely recommend this Mountain Mike's location. New ownership and took over previous Round Table pizza. This establishment runs like a well oiled machine. They are extremely quick, efficient and courteous. They are on top of their orders and always busy but quick speed of service on their food. The quality is very good and they also serve beers and a couple games for kids. Generally always have space when I have went. Do not miss this location and Enjoy!!"

"I just orders a large pizza for delivery. On the phone I ask for change for $100 bill, the man said yes. When I got the receipt it clearly stated “change for $100”. The driver stood there and told me he didn’t have change. We told him we asked in advance and showed the receipt. He disappears for a while either to his car or back to the store. Now I should’ve got back $60.64. Instead the driver comes n says “I have $49.” We state that’s over $10 missing and we want the rest of our change. He claimed he was going to get our change, and never came back."

"40% off on Tuesdays. I came here on a Tuesday night for my daughter's birthday, surprisingly the place was empty. I was able to get 2 tables for the party. The staff was super busy with to go orders but they were still very friendly and attentive. Also don't forget to download the app because every $100 spent is a $10 reward.
