Mountain Mike's Pizza

"We went here for my grand-daughter's birthday. First the lady at the register is very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. We were then told that we couldn't use our coupons on our phone because they needed to be printed out, mind you nowhere on the coupon does it say that. So, we ordered our pizzas online through the app in order to get our coupon prices; I ordered 2 large pizzas, in addition to my daughter and other people order stuff for our guests.. My order took over 1 hour for us to get, when the app said 30 minutes!! When I went and asked for my order, because my daughter was missing a pizza too on her order; they "meaning there was 3 employees looking into this complicated situation" they gave my daughter her order, then told me mine would take 5 minutes! I told them I wanted to cancel the order, I was then told that one of the pizza's was ready and the other one would be out in 5 minutes!! So I'm standing there waiting to get my pizza, again the 3 employees were huddled discussing I don't know what, I finally ask the girl behind the counter where my pizza was and she walks over to the oven and pulls out a pizza, already boxed up!!!! So, the pizza was ready this whole time, but no one bothered to look at the orders on hand to see what the heck was ordered. The other pizza took 15 minutes to come out, I'm assuming again they "lost track of my order"!!! Worse customer service ever!!!!!"

"No customer service at all. Please be specific when ordering because they will charge you for things you didn't order. I honestly felt like we are a problem for them. We did not feel welcomed at all. Round table is right down the street and is definitely a better choice than this place. Sad because I love mountains Mike's just not this one!"

"I took a group of students here after a school activity. The girl at the counter wouldn't change one of the student's orders, her solution to the soda fountain syrup needing to be changed was to just give me a drink from the refrigerator, and my pizza (which was the second one order) was the last one ready. It was a small pepperoni. It was a dine-in order. When I asked about it, they handed me a to-go pizza that had been sitting on the counter for a while. I don't intend to go here again."

"Great crispy crust, lite on the sauce, not overly cheesy, or grease. Tried three large pizza. A pikes peak the Everest and a snowy Alps. Was done in about 25 minutes. Each cost $28.75 for a total of$94.23. Overall thought it they were good and worth it. If you like it with more sauce you should ask but as made was good. Would go again looks like they have plenty of space inside of things get back to normal."

"It took about 30 min, which is about expected, for the chefs to finish the pizza and bring it to our table. The pizza overall is good, but the pepperoni is way too salty. Proportions are good for the price as well."
