"I ordered a small cappuccino and they fix it they use cold coffee and just poured the hot foam on top I don't understand why they you know why the person couldn't just make a fresh cappuccino That's what I came in for I told him that's the last time I'll be back and he says yeah yeah yeah. What has happened to these people today are they so lazy they can't make a cappuccino? And I gave him a tip so disrespectful"
"Placed online order to pickup in store, only to find out I couldn’t go inside to pick it up and that only the drive-thru was open for some bizarre reason. Being late to class and assuming I could run in and pick it up, I didn’t have 15 minutes to wait in a backed-up drive-thru and wasted $5 on an order I didn’t have time to pick up with no option for a refund—it should have said on the app that the inside of the store was closed!"
"Heads up that this isn’t the best place for a quick mobile order. The employees close their lobby at 6pm and you need to go through a super slow drive through to get your mobile order. Don’t order here if you are in a hurry:)"
