"This location is great. They keep that line moving quick in the drive through!"

"This particular location is in need of help. The manager is either inexperienced or does not care about the cleanliness, possibly both. The inside is always dirty with trash laying around and the restrooms are absolutely disgusting. Any of the warm food items are just premade frozen things that lack flavor. I've never been a big Starbucks fan, I just go because of the convenience but that's going to change."

"This Starbucks is great! There are two Starbucks locations close to my work and I always prefer this location over the others as the drinks are made the quickest, the staff is always very nice and the atmosphere is the most pleasant. Anna helped me today and she was so nice. Great customer service should be commended and she deserves a raise."

"Large interior, with a drive-thru (maybe they all have drive-thrus these days?). Twice I have received drinks that are less than 75% full, but I didn't realize it until I was too far gone to go back. One of those times I went back a week or so later, showed them the picture, and they offered to make me another coffee, free, bigger size. The second time I didn't bother. Another time, they forgot to make my drink and I was standing around for quite a few minutes before one of the employees asked me what I had ordered, and then promptly made it. Make sure to check how full your cup is... maybe it's because it's a relatively new location. All the employees are nice and friendly, thank you for giving me another coffee when I point out the lack thereof."
