"Extremely difficult experience where I needed to laminate a Business Card; nothing more than running card through laminating machine (which was sitting right in front). Store clerk said only way they would do it same day was to charge an express fee. I declined and will do FedEx Self Serve tomorrow. Given how bad this experience was, it is doubtful I will ever return to Staples again; and yes I have been a regular there for my property management business for many years."
"There apparently was only 1 cashier who knew how to deal with my purchase (Manufacturer Coupon) and had to wait until he came off break... I would have thought the other(s) on duty would have paid attention to the sale, should they run into the issue. They also didn't have the item in stock yet their App showed it as a 1 hour pickup... If you see a "1 hour pickup" - Don't go to Staples without trying to order it... Order it, and wait for a few minutes to see if you get and email telling you they don't have it in stock.."
"Odd to write a review for a big box company, but the people at this Staples are awesome — I quite like coming here. I've had items laminated, including the facts sheet for an old sportscar, and two business cards laminated and that function as luggage tags. It's a really chill place and I hope it stays this way."
"This Staples is right down the street from my house, so I have been shopping here for a few years now. Since they are now an authorized Amazon returns center, they are my only option for free Amazon return service (even though a UPS Store is about 300 yards away, Amazon makes you choose the option that is closest to where you live). Every time I go in there to make an Amazon return, the line is absolutely massive, and there is only one person that handles all of the returns. There is no reason that it should take 15-20 minutes to drop off a return. If you are committing to be an Amazon return center, then you should have the staff needed to accommodate. Once this issue is resolved, I would be happy to update my review."
"Rating the TSA pre check station. That lady is awesome she deserves a raise. We came an hour early for our two appointments. Actually, mine was an hour, and my husband was 3 hours. She took us both in early. She was so fast. She went through each person so quickly. I am grateful we didn't need to come back. Definitely would recommend it. They also offer UPS and Amazon returns."
