"This is a great place to grow veggies but we had a few problems in the summer. There was a week long period that the water was not working at the garden or maintenance will clear cut your plot with out notice. There use to be a storage shed with shared tools but it has been broken in multiple times and the tools stolen. there is not longer shared tools at this location."
