"In the middle of a mobile home park, but I believe it's City run. Large open space to play Frisbee or other group events. 4 covered picnic tables,2 barbecues a a nice small childrens playground, half a basketball court and a huge 200 yr.+ oak tree. Somewhat scenic. Good for an uninterrupted birthday party. No homeless or other concerns of that type."

"If you're looking for family fun and adventure look no further! Sabre Park is your one stop shop for family, fun and adventure! Unlike all other parks Sabre Park has a Zillion of the Biggest Cockroaches I've ever seen that offer hours of entertainment! See how many you and your family can squish in under 30 seconds! Or better yet get plenty of laughs watching everyone run for their lives from them and scream. Lol! Your family and friends will be talking about it for years to come. After having all that fun with our big roaches don't forget before you leave to stop by the picnic tables with your children to feed the BIG Black Widows (that lie underneath the tables while you eat) Make sure you have enough snacks for at least 10 to 11 Widows . There is at least 3 big ones under EACH picnic table waiting patiently for a bite to eat. They love leftover chicken. It is great being able to handfeed big deadly spiders & watch the Black Widows gulp down a snack or two. You can't have this much fun at any other park. It's better than a petting Zoo! Lol! See for yourselves. Come on down!"
