"Horrible. Ordered a large house salad. Basically paid $12 for lettuce. I had 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of cucumber, maybe a teaspoon of avocado and maybe a teaspoon of cheese. Never again. I can get a much better salad anywhere else!"

"I went here on my lunch. My first time and it was not good. I feel terrible posting this when I see all these great reviews. I was hoping the gal taking my order would suggest something when I told her that I was looking for a sandwich with a great sauce. Instead she just told me that the menu gave detailed description of of is on the sandwich. I paid 9 dollars for a very boring sandwich. I was so hungry too. I ate half and gave other half to a co worker and she said the same about the sandwich. I hear great things about this place but when an employee can't give great customer service and suggestions, it's just a waste of money. I really wanted to like this place. Instead I felt rushed to place an order that left me wishing I would've went someplace else."

"It is one of our favorite places to eat. Chinese chicken salad is the best. All of the sandwiches with their own sour dough bread are delicious. Unique soups are available daily. Assortment of pastries and drinks. It's a must to visit one of their many sites."

"Tried this place for the first time today and was very disappointed with my order. I ordered the 1/2 sandwich 1/2 salad and couldn't believe the low quality of both items especially for $15. The sandwich had two extremely thin pieces of turkey and a huge piece of lettuce which was the main portion of the sandwich. The salad was just a pile of lettuce with 3 cucumbers and a tomato slice. I should have asked for a refund but was in a hurry so I just left. Definitely will not be returning."
