"Horrible customer service at the reception. Arrived at 11am and was told the room is not ready which is totally alright. And then waiting till 3pm while everyone else was checking in right in front of me.. and my room still “not ready”. Front desk person named Vincent just laughed in my face and said “that’s our policy”, period. Charged $500 per night for a mediocre standard 4* room and zero customer service. And most importantly - stains on my bed sheets and the rooms wasn’t cleaned daily… and that’s for $500/night. Find a better place elsewhere."

"PROS: the pools are really fun for kids. Lazy River was awesome, fun water slides for our kids’ ages (6, 9, 11). Beautiful grounds. Good location. CONS: not the nicest hotel rooms, especially for the price. (We paid $2000 for two rooms for two nights). One room was fine (1522). The other room (room 1521) had stains on the shower curtain and the bed linen on one bed. A loose bathroom faucet. And a sliding bathroom door that was very difficult to open once it was shut. (Our younger kids couldn’t open it in their own, and even the adults had to fiddle with it each time it needed to be opened). The other bummer is that there wasn’t an ice machine in our building and the other closest ice machines (in bldgs 1700 and 900) were both out of service. Not a huge deal, but definitely an inconvenience. Bottom line: We’ve stayed at much nicer hotels/resorts for a lower price. Next time we’re in the Palm Springs area we’ll stay somewhere else! But no doubt about it- my kids loved the Omni pools! That was the thing I was happy with."

"Thank you so much to the staff who worked so hard over the Christmas holiday. Thank you Israel, Jessica and other staff members for treating our kid so amazingly with kids camp and activities, she’s still talking about you. Cindy and Gabrielle poolside service was so warm, friendly, fast and professional. The room service and restaurants were consistently fast and delicious. The family pool area was our main hangout and it was so relaxing and fun for the kids. Everything was clean and in working order. The fact that the staff pulled this off over the Christmas holiday - wow, really unbelievable. The resort is beautiful and romantic while providing a great experience for the kids. Thank you to the incredible staff for going above and beyond."

"This place is heavenly! I had a hydro facial and massage and they didn’t disappoint. It was another level of relaxation. The lovely lady in the change room was so sweet and made my experience amazing. Randall did my hydrofacial and another gentleman gave my massage and both staff were wonderful. The coconut water and the cocktails were incredible. I will definitely be back at the end of the month when I come back."
