"This is a great fireplace store to get your fireplace, BBQ grill, outdoor ovens and all fun stuff you need. When I walked into their fireplace store I found dozens of products that I wish to have. They got great outdoor pizza ovens, smokers, heaters, and you name it. The most important thing is their customer service and their friendliness. Tom is a great person. He spent lots of time to help me finding a great indoor gas fireplace. So my friend initiated the talk and later purchased a see through HeatNGlow gas fireplace. And, I saw a brilliant freestanding BBQ grill and purchased it the same day that added lots of great and tasty moments to my life."

"I went there to buy a high pressure regulator for my Fire pit . I showed the owner , Shan , what exactly I wanted and he sold me a low pressure regulated at extra ordinary high price of $85 plus tax ....upon my return home I found out what he had sold me was NOT High pressure regulator but LOW pressure regulator and when I checked the price of similar product in Internet I found out price range was between $11 to $ 24 ! I went back to the Shop and asked for refund but Shan refused to do that for no reason . I explained him that I wanted high pressure regulator but he had sold me LOW pressure so the product was not what I wanted but he still refused to accept to refund !!...After some yelling , he said OK but asked for receipt because he knew very well that he had not given me the receipt . I left the shop . I never had such a terrible experience before .. I am a businessman and in my business customer is always right .. Shan , the owner is very arrogant and dishonest guy who ripped me off.. He sold me a wrong and used product at price more than 4 times than most expensive similar product in Internet ."
