"Ahmad! If we could've given you 6 stars, we would've! From the moment we walked into your store at The Oaks we knew we'd found the right place! Not only were you so knowledgeable of the service you provide, but you do so with humor and authenticity. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and your suggestions with color and practicality. Backstory: We had just closed on our house and wanted to replace the carpets in all the bedrooms (3) and upstairs hallway before our furniture got delivered. My wife showed Ahmad pics of the house from our phone and from that he made some great suggestions. She wasn't too thrilled about the interior paint of the house, but with these new floors, it added the harmony that was missing. Also, Ahmad made a brilliant suggestion - in order to cut costs, he suggested we re-purpose some of the clean strips of carpet that was removed from bedroom areas and install them on the stairs. Voila! We saved ourselves from having to deep clean the stairway carpet and we saved on buying new carpet. Thank you Ahmad for your professionalism and humor. "Ahmad was very helpful in picking out flooring that would work in my townhouse and he helped to coordinate my renovations. I needed acoustic ceiling removal prior to the floor installation and my painter required the carpet removal first. Hardwood Area worked with me and removed the carpet 1 week prior to the floor installation. They the came the following week to install my lovely floors and everything was started and completed ahead of schedule. My new floors are gorgeous and easy to clean. I have several sets of stairs being in a tri-level and the stairs came out well plus the installer used baseboard to line the stairway which was a cohesive touch. Besides the quality of the materials and work, I was pleased to work with the owner and installers who were receptive to my requests. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs."
