"DJ and Omar came out and assessed the damage and explained everything that would happen and next steps. They were very professional and helped me feel better about a terrible situation. The weekend crew was great as well."
"I was very appreciative of how quickly they got out to my place to dry up the water. What I am frustrated about is that the tech left a section of affected ceiling and insulation that was soaked, this required an additional day to dry everything out. They also took the wooden baseboard that I asked them to leave. When I spoke to management they said they would look into it and call back that was on 12/15. They reached out about paying an invoice on 1/3 to which I told them I was still trying to resolve the overcharges due to mistakes made by the technician. I have spoken to the Office manager Brianna and the Accounting Manager Kelly about this. Neither are responding back. Then yesterday I got another email about paying the invoice. I told them I was still waiting on a resolution and was told there were no notes on my account. I promptly responded with copies of my emails to and from both the managers listed above. How is it that these managers fail to annotate notes of a customer's complaint? I am giving 2-stars just because of the initial response to get out here, everything after that has been a pain."

"Charles and Nate came on time. They were very professional and personable. All the procedures of the work to be done were clearly explained in detail. This included testing, what was needed, the time of completion, insurance, reconstruction, etc. The first stage of the work to repair the water leak took less than an hour. We are very pleased.
