"I am so disappointed in the cleaning service. Maybe this is good for people with dirty homes who really need help with just the basic vacuuming and mopping. I keep my home very clean and tidy at baseline. I wanted someone to come do a little extra than the everyday cleaning. After my first clean, I contacted the company and let them know I was disappointed in the service I got. The cleaning people were here for less than an hour today and only did very surface level cleaning. It's astronomically expensive to not get more time and attention."

"Overall, they do a good job. It's not consistent every time, because you get a different crew every week, but they do a thorough job with top surfaces. They tend to skip corners and nooks/crannies when it comes to dusting. Vacuuming is quite bad sometimes, but mopping is always great. So, you would still have to do some work yourself. But I think they still do a better job than others."

"1.Was never informed of what time maids would be arriving 2. One maid had a very strong smoke smell that lingered in my condo. 3. Bed was not made appropriately 4. Furniture was not put back in the correct spots (left crooked and misplaced) 5. TV console was not dusted 6. Area around Christmas Tree was not vacuumed or cleaned 7. Kitchen sink was not cleaned 8. Microwave was not cleaned 9. Picture left crooked on the wall Second crew came back to fix what was not done and they only “remade” the bed which still didn’t look appropriate. Second team didn’t finish other items above Overall extremely disappointed and will not be using company again."
