Charlie went out of his way to help me with the special needs of my TherapyAnimal in training and helped alleviate his stress. Taylor and her helper set up the fans and dehumidifier so I could still maneuver somewhat in my kitchen. All were superb in their communication and professionalism. "Charlie Freeman has been in our house the last two days to check on the levels of humidity after our washing machine sprung a leak, and flooded down through the walls and floors. I don’t remember the names of the first two gentlemen who came on the first day, to remove baseboards and check walls and ceiling so see if we had soggy insulation to worry about. They placed huge dehumidifiers, and fans throughout, and put our minds at ease. Charlie was able to remove the equipment today, and assure us the levels of moisture were back down. "A representative of Servpro seen local news coverage on our house fire and showed up the next day to off help and assistance with filling our insurance claim and boarding our place up before snowmegeddon 2024 blew into the south and crippled it for 2 weeks. They've been keeping in touch and offering assistance with anything pertaining to the fire and clean up. They even gave us a nice gift card to help out. They were really careful to preserve the best they could the trim and baseboards that we had to take off to get to the area. They even prepped an area with a drop cloth to not damage our floors.
