"Technician Mohammad Andar from Air Conditioning Service came to my house on a Saturday morning (today) to repair a gas furnace. The transformer was blown & he replaced it. He also did maintenance on all 4 of our HVAC units. Mohammad was so helpful, spent a lot of time helping us, & he went above & beyond. He helped me change our air filters, & when I realized that I had run out of one of the sizes of filter we needed, he waited while I went to Ace Hardware & bought more filters, then helped me change the remaining filter after I got back. Mohammad was very knowledgeable & provided great service."

"Absolutely unbelievably bad service and communication. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but hoping that this encourages the company to return our calls and let us know what is going on. We have now been waiting over 2 weeks for a part that needs replacing on our hvac unit (which worked completely fine until they serviced it 3 weeks ago by the way - what a coincidence!). We have no heat now in our house and with temperatures dropping next week and 2 very small children in the house we are incredibly disappointed that they can’t even return our calls to let us know what is going on or inform us of the part that needs replacing so we can contact somebody else. Ridiculous. If you like a warm house in the winter I absolutely would not use this company. The worst service we have experienced since living in Franklin."
