"I rented a commercial carpet cleaner from this company to clean a condo. Due to the machine being faulty I called their customer service and they suggested I return the machine to be looked at. I ended up having to rent another machine on short notice so that I could finish on time. I asked JV, the gentleman I rented the machine from, if he would give me a refund due to the fact that I could not use the machine for more than 15 minutes and I was forced to rent another machine on short notice. Even though I provided JV the receipt from the other carpet cleaner, he refused to give me a refund. Obviously I wouldn't spend the time and energy loading the large machine back on my truck and rent another machine if the machine was working correctly. I am a business owner myself and this is no way to treat customers."
