"I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time here. The rudest, most unprofessional counter "help" I have ever experienced. I won't say dealt with, because I waited, and waited,...and waited. They walk back and forth, stapling papers and appearing busy, but NEVER even make eye contact. The only reason I went here is because their website showed they had what I needed. Well, I ended up going to ACE hardware, greeted politely at the door, shown to where the product was located and purchased. A wholey pleasant experience as opposed to white cr ap. Will NEVER return or purchase anything from them."
