"Saw Dr. Sturgeon as new patient this week. In-processing was typical with standard health questionnaires and authorization forms. Front desk staff very helpful in pre-filling in many parts of the forms to ease in form completion. Dr Sturgeon and his nurse were very professional and thorough in their review of my medical history and the questioning of my current medical issues leading me to this visit. This office and staff are all part of the Summit Medical Group. Many other Drs. and Nursing staff available to chose from which are likely professional and thorough as well. My review is specific to the care I received from Dr Sturgeon and his nurse only. This initial exam was a standard annual type check-up with physical exam and lab work. Highly recommend Dr Sturgeon and his staff for your family medicine type health care."
