"I was convinced I did not have a hearing problem. The TV volume was just fine. I was told I couldn't hear people when they spoke to me. They needed to talk louder and not with their back turned away from me. It was everybody else. Of course it wasn't me! Then I noticed I was turning my head toward someone when they spoke to me. After a while I had to get closer to hear them. In church I could only hear part of a sermon. Okay I said. I'll get some of those internet hearing aids. They are more affordable. I've always said "you get what you pay for"! I ordered online hearing aids twice before I finally learned what I was preaching. I "got what I paid for". Then I happend on the FAMILY HEARING CENTER at Cross Point Center in Centerville. Made an appointment. Took the hearing test from a qualified licensed Audiologists and realized I had a true hearing problem. The audiologist explained my hearing issues to me in a language I could understand. Showed me the hearing aids I needed and explained the financing in terms my wallet could afford. In less than 3 weeks I was wearing my new hearing aids and could not believe how much I was NOT hearing before. My hearing was so much better, life just took me back to younger days and the staff's service was the best I've experienced in a long time. Such nice and accommodating people. If you want to enjoy a youthful hearing experience, go see the staff at the Family Hearing Center."
