"I had an appointment with one of your doctors and waited over 2 hours until the office closed. Someone came out to the waiting room, asked who I was, and said that everyone had gone home. Would I like to reschedule? I said no and left. I called back a few weeks later to make an appointment; this time I had to leave a message for you to call me back. No one called me back. So I called ONE MORE TIME like a crazy person. It was lunch time. The recording said to call back and it hung up! This was the last straw! I will go somewhere else for care!"

"Have been a patient here since it opened with Unger years ago. The group was fantastic then. Even between him leaving & being switched to 3 other NPs/PAs, I still stuck it out for the benefit of the doubt. Today, while trying to making a 3 mo. follow up appt for January as Primary Care PT, (which I was told in October to wait till December to call and book), I was informed by an inadvertent message from the Podiatry Nurse that they can no longer see or care for PCP patients. When calling the office, the front office appears to have found out my PCP left the first week of November and are just now letting PTs know as they call in. When asked what PCP they recommend all their PTs to go to, the answer “call your insurance”. The NP then sends a message to me that was meant to be sent to the Podiatry nurse advising her to refer PTs to another doctor next door with poor reviews (positive reviews being from the ‘providers’ left at Faculty Physicians). This practice went from being top notch thorough patient care to complete downhill."

"This office was great when I started going in 2020. Now it's falling apart. Physicians keep leaving so I've had to see a different one all four visits I've made this year. My physical and mental health has tanked and because of lack of consistency I'm suffering badly. I've experienced medical gaslighting and even been called stupid for expressing my feelings on a matter. I went in this past week for med refills. I could only get one month instead of the usual three because the person I saw is leaving, but the last primary care physician remaining is booked into December so I'm left in a place of not knowing if I can get my medicine. They're playing with people's wellbeing and either need to get it together or just close. Edit: Appointments are currently unavailable for two months. So ridiculous."

"I would recommend seeking medical care elsewhere due to the recent experiences with the new doctors at this facility. Unfortunately, the doctors seem to be inattentive and uncommunicative, leaving patients waiting for extended periods in the waiting room and receiving minimal time with their physicians. To make matters worse, the billing process was unsatisfactory, with a high cost for a mere 7-minute consultation. When attempting to discuss the bill, the encounter with a staff member over the phone named Tulika Vohra was extremely unpleasant, marked by her rudeness. While it's possible that she was having a difficult day, her behavior was unacceptable. As a result, I strongly advise against returning to this facility. Tulika is the sole reason why I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else. They need a new account manager ."
