"Went looking for a couch and found it. What’s funny is that they wouldn’t let us take it. The manager said he had a big sale coming up and wouldn’t let us purchase it. We did not ask for a loan, discount or delivery. It was rude and disappointing. I feel kind of bad the girl. I hope she doesn’t work of commission because she lost a sale."

"Ordered this couch six weeks ago, they said that it would be delivered in two to three weeks. I understand the delay due to the times we live in. It arrived two days ago. I noticed the imperfections and emailed the photos to Ashley Homestore. They said that would be too much work to fix imperfections, so they were going to go ahead and send a new one that they happened to have, in two days. It arrived this morning. Curiosity got the best of me and I wanted to see how the couch arrived. as a new one takes six weeks to receive. Of course it arrived with no packaging or box, only with a blanket on top of it. Needless to say that I refused it. I paid for a new couch, not used. This so called new couch obviously came from the showroom floor, as it came with no packaging or box I am extremely disappointed, as the wool has been tried to be pulled over my eyes. Where has the trust and honesty gone. Shame!"
