Reviews
"How lucky we are to have such good theater available in San Francisco. The night I was there, SF Playhouse offered an original play, My Home on the Moon, which was inventive and engaging, beautifully acted and directed. The sets and costumes were first rate. I look forward to seeing The 39 Steps later this month."
"The SF playhouse is a small, intimate venue that makes for a great viewing experience. The stage feels small, but they make great use of the space and bring the experience up into the audience's lap."
"Nice intimate venue with no bad seats! Nollywood was everything! The actors were funny talented and pros. I saw it twice. I'd definitely return to SF playhouse for another show one day."
"We saw a production of "Nollywood", it was excellent! The theatre is inside of a beautiful old hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves. Visiting from SC!"
"Beautiful theater nestled on the second floor of a hotel that used to be an Elks Lodge. High caliber shows in an intimate venue. Allow a few minutes extra if you need to use the elevator ( stairs are back and to the left )."
