Once they didn’t hear back from me they “scrapped my vaccum”.. why give the option to send my tool to my house if you’re just going to “scrap it” I only bought Milwaukee before but from now on I’ll buy makita or dewalt."

"I took a rear handle 18 v skill saw to get repaired, I was expecting a small amout to be paid for service. When they took saw it was apparently still under warranty. So im waiting for shipment and im anxiousto get mI call them and unfortunatelyit was delivered to my neighbor, and no I couldn't get it back. So I called them back and explained that the package was delivered to the they sent me another one the next day. Thats super awesome customer service. I plan on buying alot more from them."
