"I recently had a frustrating experience at The Home Depot on Palm Ave. Initially, I was told that the tiles I needed were in stock at this location. However, upon arrival after traveling 10+ miles from another store, I found the situation to be quite the opposite, and only to be met with a stark reality – the tiles were nowhere to be found. The situation took a turn for the worse when I had to deal with the store manager, Moises. His customer service was atrocious, displaying an utter lack of professionalism and empathy. I was livid, to say the least. Moises's dismissive attitude and refusal to honor the previously quoted discount was the pinnacle of disrespect. This wasn't just poor service; it was a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. The incompetence and indifference I encountered have left me outraged and deeply disappointed. It's shocking to witness such a reputable establishment fail so miserably at something as fundamental as customer service and honesty. This experience has not only soured my view of this particular Home Depot but has also made me reconsider my patronage of the brand as a whole."

"I enjoy entering because of the selection and always regret exiting because of my more-than-necessary purchases. Well staffed in the week but weekends can leave you searching aisles for help. Always lots of merch and season holidays merched many months in advance ( I took photos of Christmas merch in September). There is a useful checkout stand in the garden area. They used to trust self check out there, but no more. It's a one employee check out counter now. I've found cheaper prices on some common items they sell (cleaning products, light bulbs, etc..) but if it's specialized, just get it there. I easily can waste a couple hours looking and drooling over things there. Nice place over all."

"Stopped here on the way home from work. It's like any Home Depot. It's organized and easy to navigate. I used the Home Depot app to find the items I needed faster, and found them exactly where they said they were. There's staff all around, which I'm sure will kindly help if needed. Checkout was quick and easy since there was not a line even though there were plenty of customers here. I would come back if I needed something from Home Depot and was in the area."
