"Excellent place to have fun and play sports, spend time with the family and more."
"I usually go here with my daughter and it’s not too bad because it’s usually empty but today I went with my bf and our dog, let’s just say a Mexican man who was probably on drugs was bothering us, after 5 minutes we noticed he was gone, playing in the playground near some kids. I was worried he was going to bother them next but luckily he left them alone. We decided to go sit on the grass next to the playground when a kid walked up to my daughter and started playing with her which I did not mind but he started touching her face and getting too close to her which started bothering me because the kid could have been sick. The boys father was just a few feet away and he would only be on his phone and wouldn’t say anything to his kid. I decided to leave with my family and go home. There were definitely too many people today which is understandable because it’s Presidents’ Day and there’s no school for kids. Don’t come here on weekends or holidays because it’s packed and you will probably have a bad experience like we did."
"The grass felt lumpy. Maybe due to gopher holes or weeds. But people were running on it without twisting their ankle so?... Just weird walking on it. Bathrooms were closed and the trash cans looked maintained so they do seem to be maintained. It was a good visit to the park."
"After having my baby this was the closest park to us and I would walk there alot . Some days it was lonely , other days there were a lot of creeps just looking at us or trying to talk . I have also seen grown men just show up to the playing structures and sit and stare at kids and their moms. Very uncomfortable"
"Services are not a rating factor here. Nice spacious park, it is. The food bank happens here too. Local musical events tend to brighten South Park too. I like the atmosphere and the bb-q area myself. Check it out on Google Earth!? :)"
