"Please please update the small kids playground. It's so old and the newer one is so new and kind of weird. Please it's time for the little kids."
"This park overall is nice. The side for the bigger kids is an excellent condition and has some really nice attractions for the kids. However the side for the younger kids is really neglected. The wood is really old and untreated and there is a lot of exposed metal on the rest of the jungle gym which caused my child to burn their hands. It was not pleasant. It is practically unusable on a hot day. It could use a good power wash and some restoration. Without these things it becomes exclusive to older children only. City of Santa Rosa please do better for our kids. It's deplorable."
"Trash almost everywhere. You’d think if you have your children playing at a park, you’d want it clean for them but I guess not. The old playground looks dangerous but I guess that’s why they built the new one. The new one looks very fun."
"Half of the park, the bigger kid area, they recently redid and that is pretty awesome - lots of areas to climb. The little kids side has a gate which is really nice and sand to play in, and I like that the swings are to the side so that your kid won't walk in front of someone swinging. But that little kids side needs to be redone, the protective coating on the play equipment is peeling up exposing the metal which gets hot in the sun, so if a kid touches the hot metal it will burn them and little kids might try and eat the peels. I like the amount of trees providing shade and there's grass and a basketball court and picnic tables. But there is no bathroom!"
