"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Placed an order nearly two months ago. Trying to get an update on the order. I have left multiple voicemails with Sean and their "customer service team." I have also emailed their two different emails. No response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Order number 4007340"
"Absolutely terrible business, will never recommend anyone use this company. I left multiple voicemails and emails and not even a courtesy response. Order#4007414 since it seems they only respond to inquiries after they get a terrible review (which is the majority)"
"Customer service is non existent. I received part of my order after three weeks and have called numerous time with no response. I have left voicemails and been patient. I have sent three emails and no response. When I ordered the parts I needed the website said they were in stock. I would avoid using OEM tool parts at all cost. I am now without my parts and out the money I spent on them. Really disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would. Update: Within 24 hours of writing this I was miraculously contacted by customer service saying my order was going to be shipped and asking me to consider revising my review. Stating they are just too overwhelmed to answer the phones or an email in a 3-4 week time period. To me this only makes things worse. Having to write a poor review just to get customer service is unreasonable."
"Was charged for part and notified that it is on back order. It has been 6 weeks since I placed the order and paid and I still haven't received. I can not get these folks to respond to multiple phone calls and emails to check status or cancel the order."
"9 business days and 14 total days to process an order, plus shipping time, all to receive the wrong part…not just a variation of the same part, but an electrical device instead of a solid metal axle. Call the number, no one picks up at any time during normal business hours. Leave a message, not returned. Email customer service to remedy the situation, still waiting. Happy to update this if they choose to fix the problem in a timely manner, but I’m not holding my breath."
