"Buyer Beware! This business has a VERY strict NO refund policy. My salesperson misordered three boxes of floor tile. Because we didn't report it immediately the management team refuses to give us a credit or refund. We are now stuck with tile we don't need or want."

"I was so glad I stopped by to checkout tile for my master bath remodel. I had the pleasure of talking with Tatianna and she was very helpful and very knowledgeable, turns out she’s the showroom manager. Tatianna helped me pick out the tile for my floor and shower stall and allowed me to take a tile of both home to see how I liked it in the bathroom. I went back later that afternoon and she worked all the measurements out for the amount of floor tile and shower tile. She made the whole process very easy for me and I walked out saving 2k from the original tile company I was dealing with."

"We ordered bathroom tiles through our project manager for a condo in Palm Springs last summer. The tiles were too much because we changed scope of work and asked to return a few boxes before they were even delivered. Bedrosians charged us a 45% percent fee! So we spent $1,400 for the tiles and $600 restocking fee ! This should be illegal, It’s unethical and will never purchase from them again. We tried explaining the situation and the didn’t budge - be careful before you do business with this company!"

"The selection of tile (to do our showers) seems good ... this was our first place to explore the possibilities for a remodel that we are soon to start, so I don't have a comparison. The young woman that greeted us was not very helpful though. She sent us in a general direction to find the kind of tiles that we will need and we had to go back to her several times to ask a question. The other young woman that was there was walking around with another couple that were also "soon to start a project" and had our same questions. We just sort of stood near and got lots of information! Once we have a better idea of what we need I hope to get better service/ guidance re buying our tile. If that happens I will change my not-so-great star rating."

"We were at the store looking for Quartz as we plan to reduce our kitchen. We walked around and finally asked this young lady if we could be assisted. She did walk out with us but when we had following questions she waited until she was done txt to answer my next question. After my second question I was told to take a picture of the barcode and someone can look up the price. The guys working the loading of the material were more helpful they explained how the store was laid out and how to read the barcodes. I brought this to the attention of Jess, about the unprofessional manner we were treated and he answered I don’t believe it. That’s odd know one came up to us and Jess mention never seeing us in the store. We first ran into Jess at Ferguson, they had a Chief who was cooking and Jess helped himself to two pull pork sliders and a carne Assad taco. He saw us.
