"Aftermath from top to bottom is an amazing company. I recently had a friend pass away in his home unattended and am helping the family with the fallout. I submitted a service request at 10:30pm on a Thursday and received a call back in 10 minutes. Richard was so polite and kind on the phone. He got me in touch with the Nashville office. The girl at the Nashville office (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but you were also wonderful and informative and compassionate) called me about 10 minutes after I got off the phone with Richard. She answered my questions about receiving an estimate, financial planning, and when the service would take place. Aftermath works quickly and seamlessly! They scheduled me for the estimate and service Saturday morning, one business day after putting in the request. Saturday morning, Elizabeth and Shannon were on time and truly wonderful! I cannot emphasize just how great these ladies are! They care about the deceased and the well-being of the family and do what they can to keep the process simple and keep the family at ease. They took a look at the area that needed work, drafted up the estimate, and got to work immediately. Elizabeth and Shannon communicated clearly the plan of action and any road blocks they think might come up and the solution if an issue did arise. It was a small area so they were done within a couple of hours. If you need a biohazard cleanup crew, this is the team."
