"I just left this place feeling really disappointed in the customer service. I went to the express line, no one ahead of me. And the guy had his back turned to me joking around with his colleagues.When he finally acknowledge me, he didn’t even greet me. I brought my own bag and as I was paying, he didn’t pack my groceries leaving me with the impression that Employees here don’t do that? Is that part of their job? Because I got the impression they didn’t so I started to pack my own then he grabbed my bag in an attempt to pack the rest but it was a feeble attempt as he only put 1 item in there. He finally asked me how I’m doing. It was so unbelievably fake and awkward. Idk what else to say besides who ever is running this place needs to put some work in their customer service training. It was poor quality."
