"There is a cashier / lady who is supposedly supposed to work the guest services counter here. She is an older lady with curly brown hair. AVOID. Every time I have interacted with this woman she’s acted like she’s having the worst day ever and it’s my fault. She seems to take out her stress on others. I just attempted to get a money order by asking the kind young boy working the self-checkout to call for someone, which is what I’ve been instructed to do at this location, and as soon as he called over the intercom she yelled at him across the store, “I’M THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DO IT AND IM NOT DOING IT RIGHT NOW!” I just stood there in disbelief and left. Incredibly rude human. Hope she does something for self care soon."

"My neighborhood Safeway has a history of bad management that recently improved until today when, an alleged policy only at Safeway, requires the physical removal of ID to show on wine and beer purchases. I’m 71 years old and the added inconvenience will now put me off coming to this funky store."
