"They called..they have more boxes of the tile. Have to go back and then rescheule the the tile setter but we have the tile we wanted. We went on a Saturday and found the right tile for us. We were told they had it in stock but to comeback on Monday because no one was available to get the tile from storage/warehouse. I took a sample and she wrote down my name that I took a sample and would return on Monday to buy 3 boxes. Arrived Monday at noon and paid. After 10 or 15 minutes I was told they were sold out."

"The crew picked up their belongings and left the site with no notice and no explanation as to why. The owner could not clearly explain why a new drain was added to the cost, and their plumber who said it was needed would not communicate with me as to the reason for replacement. Overall lack of clear communication and general disappointment at how the crew abandoned the job. Would not recommend this team."

"We had an amazing experience with Chula Vista Stone and Tile! Not only very helpful and accommodating, but very professional. We did a bathroom remodel and they did our shower for us. They have a great selection of high quality stone to choose from and Pilar helped us to make sure we accomplished our vision, also helping with grout color. The crew that worked on our shower was very timely, clean and communicative. Very easy and fun to work with and I highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to do any stone or tile work!!"
