"This place has a great selection of marble, granite, quartz, and other huge stone slabs. It is an amazing place to walk around and pick out exactly what you want in your home or business. The staff was super helpful as well, answered all of the endless questions, and gave out quotes for every item requested. There is an office space that has coffee and places for customers to sit while they wait for someone to help them. Most of the selection is located through the office in the 2 giant warehouses of stone slabs. If you're going to walk around the warehouse, bring a jacket. It can be cold during the winter. There is plenty of parking right in front of the building, and there is lots of street parking nearby if the front lot is full. Wheelchair accessible ramp located to the left of the front door."

"Great tile selection and helpful. Return policy is not "subject" to a restocking fee as they state and post but you will be charged a 25% return/restocking fee. After the fact I spoke in person at the large wherehouse in Mira Mesa and the store on Morena. I would not have made the purchase if they had posted the true return policy. I have four full sealed boxes of tile left over. So one box they get back for free."

"All our counter material for our project (kitchen, kitchenette, all bathroom vanities), bathroom floor tile, shower floor tile, and various grout materials came from Arizona Tile. As the photos show, it turned out great and we could not be happier with the finished product featuring the quartz in linen color and the terrazzo floor tiles. The showroom and product selection process was second to none. And the customer service experience was literally perfect. On all of the above my tile and counter fabrication subcontractors had errors and needed to add overage material orders, so I'm guessing I had a solid dozen interactions with AZ Tile along the way, all A+. Marta was running lead but literally everyone I ever dealt with was sharp, friendly, customer service oriented and efficient. It is clear to me that this company has excellent training, systems and people in place to ensure a consistent high quality customer experience to go with the beautiful product. The remodel market was historically busy during my project (1/2020-10/2020). I worked with dozens of overworked vendors and subcontractors over this period, and it was generally chaotic, disorganized and very frustrating. AZ Tile was a distinct outlier and star performer in this regard - an absolute pleasure and breath of fresh air! I highly recommend and wish other brands made the effort to provide this type of customer experience."
