"Inconsistent pricing (I contribute this review to Raul): April 3, 2015 - Eric hooks me up as a regular walk in at $0.51/feet for 20 feet of 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/8" angle steel, totaling $11.12. April 6, 2015 - Raul sells me 10 feet of that same steel at $.92/feet, totaling $10.03. Every time I come here, the prices always changes, and none of there products have price tags. It seems like I get whatever price the guys feel like giving. I get this bad gut feeling from my last visit with Raul as my sales rep, I come back to compare the receipts, and I get buyers remorse because he charges me 80% more?! This isn't the first time either, I only come here out of convenience. I recommend that you call in for exactly what you want before heading in. Ask for Eric, he seems like a really cool guy. Customer service isn't what it used to be, and their warehouse has inventory all over the floor. The staff is well meaning I'm sure, but it doesn't seem they are customer centered because of my past 3 trips there, unless your a native Spanish speaker. Maybe things will change I don't know, but I'm not happy spending money here. Reluctantly, I will try pre-ordering ahead of time over the phone, and look for another metal supply to do business with."
