"Rooms are in terrible shape and need a lot of updating. All furniture is worn out and uncomfortable. The area rugs are worn out and coming apart. The toaster was filthy. The dishes were unusable and the pans couldn’t be washed clean. There’s spots on the walls from patching and marks from just wear. Some of the doorways are bent and doors don’t like to shut. Beds are uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin. Insulation for the under is poor as we couldn’t keep warm at night. Must be bad management. My socks from walking in the unit turned black on the bottom. DO NOT Recommend. Stay away, stay somewhere else and don’t ruin your trip."

"Unit 2307 needs a complete gut and remodel. The pictures are a bait and switch. None of the dishes were clean enough and the pots/pans were so disgusting it wasn’t washable. All furniture is worn out with the area rugs in all rooms coming apart. We had bugs in the master bedroom. The room had a bit of a smell. The mast bedroom door frame was bent and the door wouldn’t stay shut. I would not recommend nor return. Stay away!!"

"The Condo we stayed in was very dirty (5404) and not well taken care of. We had booked a 2 night stay but only stayed 1 night because of the condition of the property. The bedroom door would not close, the shower door would not close, sink was missing the handle to turn on hot water, the mattress was completely worn out and would sink down when you laid on it. The bathrooms were filthy and the furniture in the living area was very worn. Called the property management when I got back home and was told I should have called while I was there and they would have sent a maintenance man. These are things they should have been corrected before guest arrive not something you want maintenance people to work on while you are there. Will not be staying at these condos again."

"Poor management rude and very unprofessional!! The condo was nasty!! We get in our condo and you could see dust floors didnt looked like they were swept! I go put up our clothes for the week and in one of the dressers there was a pair of woman's panties,and dirty socks! So i start looking under beds sofa cushions and it was filthy!! I messaged the manager the next day to inform her how nasty it was. I informed her that under the beds was dried up chicken nugget, dirt and lots of dust, sofa had food under the cushions,the jetted bath tube had a ring of dirt almost black around the tub, when you turn the jets on build up of dirt and whatever else it was came out of the jets. TV in living room never did work while we stayed there. And Tracy the manager was so rude not once did she come to take a look at the condo she offered to have a maid come clean the condo the day before we check out, she hung up on me after i called and told her how upset i was after seeing a cockroach go across the floor. She was so unprofessional!!! Extremely upset and very unsatisfied!!! She told us to just get out said my kids where loud when we haven't even been in the condo but to go to bed. Absolutely the worst costumer service!!!! Ive NEVER been one to write on reviews or complain but i dont want anyone else to have the experience we had this past week."
