"My wife and I needed a little get away, spent 4 days in Bearfootin. It was mostly perfect. Staff was amazing beginning to end. The location was perfect for us, about 12 min out of Pigeon Forge. Cabin was clean, comfortable, and supplied adequately. Woke up with out water one morning. No fault of anyone, just one of those things that happens. A line broke underground. Pipe was dug up and fixed within a couple hours while pouring down rain. Thank you to the maintenance guys. The picture of the jacuzzi is incorrect, there is a newer jacuzzi there now. This trip was intedned to be a recon mission to bring our son next time. We will definitely contact Fireside Chalets 1st for another cabin in the future."

"Recently rented a cabin called Spadeelah (spelling may be wrong) for our anniversary trip. I can’t say enough about Kelly, she was so sweet and helpful. She is a true asset to your company in my opinion, service like what she provided us, just on phone calls made me want to come back and use your company again. Super sweet. Thanks for that. Our cabin was 5 star on every level, most important to me is the cleanliness and it was superb, so shout out to the cleaners. Thanks we felt so at home. The amenities in this Cabin were so amazing. The proximity to everything was great. So close. We left a little early the day of check out as it was snowing and wanted to return home safely. I called to let them know so that the next guests could possibly come early due to conditions and even the after hours phone attendant was so nice . We really just appreciate ya’ll on every level. Thank you."

"Enjoyed a short stay at Deer to Dream cabin. Was located just outside downtown Pigeon Forge with many great attractions to do! The alpine coasters are definitely a fun thing to do. Cabin was very cozy and secluded from the main road. Was sold on the hottub that got much use especially with the cooler weather. Fireside and the landowner, Deborah, were both friendly and professional whilst talking over the phone. Definitely a place I would gladly return to for a longer stay in the future!"

"We enjoyed our stay at 116 Walden Ridge cabin, accommodations we exactly as described! This rustic cabin was the perfect get away, it’s nice and secluded which made it perfect for my pets, they enjoyed running around the huge lot and lounging on the nice deck. The hot tub was nice, and the beds were comfortable. This was my firsts time using Fireside Chalets, however, will not be my last, check-in was very easy, with great communications. I have no complaints, everything was excellent, this cabin is secluded yet still close enough to all the major attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Thank you all for the great experience, will be back!"

"Our stay at Blue Bear Splash was wonderful. We were in town for a soccer tournament and wanted to stay closer to the venue. This cabin accommodated 3 small families perfectly. The layout was great and the pool was an added bonus for the kids to enjoy. Fireside Chalet was super easy to work with and the communication was amazing. We had no problems at all and the cabin had a well stocked kitchen which is so nice when you plan to eat all meals there. Would definitely stay here again."
