"We worked with Josh for our kitchen cabinets and counters. He was great, working with us every step of the way. Our kitchen had an interesting setup with a soffit, but we were able to get cabinets that fit with the dimensions perfectly. We got the white shaker that have the soft close. Our counters are quartz, called mystic pearl, low cost Grade A counters, but beautiful with soft grey veining. We quoted cabinets/counters from a couple places, and GTO definitely had the best prices, and great quality. Still have to install hardware and backsplash, but couldn't be happier with the result."

"Had a great experience with these guys. I came in freaked out because the company I was working with for months told me at the last minute it would take a year before I'd get my order (IKEA) . I walked in desperate and angry. I had to wait for about 30 minutes to speak with someone. As soon as I sat down they were calming me. We were able to sketch out what I wanted and was told it would arrive in 10 days. And what do you know, 10 days later I had the flat packs in my garage. Found an amazing guy to install. At the end I spent half as much as I was going to spend with those other guys and the cabinets are all wood. #AMAZING I attached pics to this review. If you need a great installer hit me up."

"I would give less stars if i could So far, horrible experience. I brushed it off because of the pandemic. But... enough is enough 1. They took forever to follow up. Joshua lost our first kitchen plans we left him. After several emails and calls, we made an appointment to meet with their associates in store for a kitchen custom design. 2. Accidents/weather/ ship delays/ pandemic. You name it. Delayed our project. We were finalized and ready to order in April 2021. Had to wait a month, but C2G did honor the 40% discount in MAY 2021 YES, were in it for a HUGE kitchen remodel. Finally with 1 DAY DELIVERY NOTICE, we received an INCOMPLETE DELIVERY. 2- 36 x42 cabinets were missing from the our order. Delivery guy told us not to worry, C2G would deliver missing cabinets and complete the order in 2 weeks. Almost 4 weeks LATER. NO call from company. I am having to call them and follow-up! Now, Turns out my customers service employee no longer is employed. Jerry was supposed to call me back once he located my order. That was last week. I called corporate instead. During install, my contractor called me. And said cabinets came in damaged. 10 pieces!!! Mostly drawer faces and doors. Seem minor now, but in time the tiny imperfections will become a bigger eye sore. For the $$$$$ and reputation, and their sales pitch for quality material, wrap around coverage, and warranty. I was expecting quality cabinets. We purchased the European style. Several cabinets were splitting at the seems. NOW HAVING TO OPEN A CLAIMS REPORT. Will wait to see how that goes. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I EXPECTED MORE. I have been very understanding and NOT even demanding. BUT.... I WILL have to take back my recommendation if situation gets worst."
