"They do great work but their customer service is horrible. Once we got towards the end of the project, and they got most of their money, they disappeared. I assume to do other projects. I have sent numerous emails, left voicemails on the owner's cell phone, left messages with the office staff, and even sent text messages. If you decide to use them, make sure you hold a large amount of the payment at the end so they finish. I am now having to hire someone else to finish the job..."

"My wife and I are so thrilled with our 1300 sq. ft. condo after Welby Construction completely remodeled it for us. We met with several contractors but Ed from Welby Construction was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He took the time to listen to our ideas and help us determine how to accomplish all of it and more. Our budget and the timeframe was really important to us and I was very happy that I could understand all of the costs because of what little I know about construction. I didn't feel like there was going to be any suprises or hidden charges like with some of the other estimates we received. The flooring was torn up and replaced throughout the entire condo. We wanted to have tile in the kitchen, baths and by the front door and from the tile to the rest of the new hardwood floors everything looks great. My wife was so happy with all of the new lighting fixtures and the job they did of painting all the walls and ceilings. The kitchen and bathrooms were really out of date and needed the most work. We had some thoughts on how to change things but Welby Construction helped us make decisions on stuff that we hadn't thought of and now everything looks beautiful. The new cabinets look amazing with our granite counter tops in the kitchen. People now tell us they feel like they are in a spa when they see all the tiles in our new bathrooms.
