"When you walk into the store it can be overwhelming the vast selection of every flooring option to choose from. Luckily for mom and I, when I saw Mike and he asked if he could help, he really did! He showed us at least a dozen options of laminate and vinyl before we settled on the right one. He explained the quality of each, pros and cons given where it would be installed, and helped finalize the deal. We were in and out of that store in less than an hour. We knew just what we wanted, but not which laminate to select. I feel like pro now. I know more now than before I walked into that store. Ask for Mike. He’ll set you o the right journey to satisfaction with the flooring project. We had the pallet delivered to our driveway and their contractor even pallet jacked it to the shed for us. I know where I’m going if mom changes her mind about carpeting in her room. Mike at F&D!"

"Great tile and flooring collections. They also carry all the tools and supplies needed to do the job. Very helpful employees like C.C. In helping find the right tools and supplies for DIY types. We ended up contracting our job to a professional, but the guidance and help from C.C. and others was the greatest. We would always go there when need things related to tiles and flooring."

"They have very good quality and variety of tiles. Also, prices are very competitive. YET if you need help...their customer service is under par. You need to chase the employees for help. I guess no one is happy lifting tiles."

"This place is Huge, our Tile installer recommended it. Good service, and pretty much everything you need for a project or job. Limited designs, but many to choose from. I could not find the exact tile I needed, but a good match, back up."

"I had a great experience with the salespeople who helped me pick out my tile. However the low rating is because of what happened next. I purchased tile for my entire downstairs, about 900 square feet of it. We looked through the tiles and got a whole pallet so that the dye lots would be consistent. We needed 6 extra boxes and were assured those would match. They did match color but when we installed the tile, we found that those 6 boxes were a different tile, a completely different sheen. We were stuck. When we returned to explain and get help to find the right tiles, we were given the run around. No managers were ever available to help. Only Laura, a salesperson, was trying to help us find a solution. No returned phone calls apologies. To this day I have 38 tiles that don’t match the rest. Shame on Carmel Mountain Floor and Decor for caring only about my $ purchase but not helping me when I needed it."
