"The store has undergone a much needed reorganization/makeover recently and is carrying more of the products that are of interest to me. Jennifer, the new assistant manager, is a wonderful addition to the sales team. She is an experienced woodworker and is very knowledgeable, especially regarding turning techniques, tools and hardware. Aaron is another very helpful member of the team who is very friendly. Though he knew little about woodworking when he started, has applied himself to the craft and has become very knowledgeable quickly. Bottom line: great people, good products, organized, efficient, and clean store. Prices are very high compared to online, such as Taylor Tools and Powertec, however, but I’m in the store regardless 2 - 3 times a week for things I can’t buy anywhere else."
"I shop at Rockler frequently and I am always very pleased with the customer service I receive. This store employs the BEST people, helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. You can find almost anything you might need to get the job done, from a small, but diverse supply of wood, to just about any tool, jig, as well as woodworking supplies and finishes a woodworker may need. I admit, I prefer other brands of planes to their Bench Dogs but heck, they sure come through on most fronts. I highly recommend this store for your next wood working project or if considering your next tool to add to your bench or shop."

"Friendly store with great quality products, and expert advice. I was greeted right at the door, and helped immediately. They found the specialty hinges I needed, and birch veneer. Ready now to continue my sink cabinet restoration! Oh, and on the way out I saw this $25 wood bin with wheels on sale. Just what I needed in my garage to hold many wood pieces from years of projects. Now those loose pieces are tidied up, see picture!"
