"Delivered a lumber load here, I was the only Dry Van so I got in pretty fast, the flatbed line was nuts. Tight area to navigate but dock was pretty easy to back into."

"Worst place to load and unload. Lots of trucks. They need to start at 6 am instead of 7:30am"

"This place is hell because of 2 trucking companies Limitless and Blue Bird freight line. Drivers of these 2 companies starts moving their trucks before the gates open early in the morning causing blocking both ways traffic. Honking and cursing on each other is normal or may be part of training or may be their company policy. No matter if you are parked closed to the gate and ethically you should be the first to get in once gates open, these 2 company’s edito drivers intentionally cut your ways and block you and forcefully enter the facility. So, once you see these 2 company‘s trucks around you, get a load bar or hammer from your toolbox just in case. Like all the other lumber companies, flatbeds are their priority. They will unload and load them first. Loading is very slow that’s why you will see several trucks park outside on street and even inside the facility waiting for their turn while they have only one ramp for unloading. No restroom at the location."

"Only one dock and it takes long time for dry vans to get unloaded. They don’t take dry van after 2pm so don’t even bother trying afterward.."
