"I thought this was a great rental place until getting laughed at for asking about their availability to drop off equipment by Justin for the next day. I rented their 4 ton excavator two times in the last 2 weeks for a local job. The first time I went in and had an easy experience setting it up to be delivered to the job later that same day. Used the machine, had it picked up two days later everything went smoothly. The 2nd time I called the day before to get the availability and to set up delivery first thing in the morning (if possible). Eddie was courteous and started the process over the phone and sent me the credit card authorization form to get it done online. Had the machine delivered the next day without a problem went smoothly. When I called a 3rd time to check availability and rent the rep Justin said I had to come in to set everything up before they could schedule delivery (when I had already done this the week before). Refusing to do anything other than say we had to go in. Justin proceeded to laugh over the phone when I asked if it was possible to get it dropped off the following day first thing in the morning. I called around 1pm today. (The delivery location is 7 minutes away from the store) I understand that they may have other scheduled deliveries but that isn’t how you treat any customer, by mocking a question about scheduling. Ridiculous treatment, I’m avoiding renting from this place and maybe you should too."
