I just spoke with Taylor who decided it was good business practice to call me a smart as* for asking to give customer feedback/suggestion. I pride my company on responding to customer feedback, but as Taylor put it "we are a billion dollar business, and don't need your feedback." It's this mentality that reflects bad company culture. LL flooring lost a customer today and i'll use every opportunity I have to share this experience. I hope this is addressed sooner than later for the companies sake."
