"This review is about the paint department. Their paint match accuracy is less 25% whether you get a patch from the drywall and have it scanned or buy more of the same custom match by scanning the barcode on the can. You will not get a refund either. Two of my ceilings got ruined due to trying multiple times. Only 1 ceiling matched the third time."
"I've never had a good experience with any curbside delivery with a hardware store, but this Home Depot took the cake. I used their required app to tell them I was on my way, told them when I arrived and parked where they asked me to on the app. Almost 30 MIN LATER I received a call from customer service to apologize for the wait and ask me to pull up to the door. I pulled up to the door where the pickup lockers and curbside pickup were and waited another 10 MIN before a second call from customer service told me to go to the Lumber area (where there was no room to park) because their guy couldn't find me despite me being parked in front of the store and fully visible from the lumber area in the grey truck as identified in the app. I moved my car for a second time and prepared my truck bed expecting my curbside delivery to be brought the 30 feet from the register to my truck and...nothing. I walked inside after a few minutes and I received an "Order for Poe?" "Yes that's me" "Here you go" while the employee pushed the cart with the door I ordered towards me with no offer to help or take it to my car or apology for the wait. Completely unacceptable and I will not be returning when Lowes is right down the street."
"I came to buy some stuff here as I am a ProX member but isle 17 was closed and no on came to open for 30 minutes. The lady announced it in mice 10’ times but no one came. This was worst experience as far as customer experience is concerned. Wasted a lot of time."
"Didn't know a local locksmith, but I did a quick google search and found the name I can trust -- Home Depot -- right here in Lodi! I sold a house here to a client who trusted my #sagecounsel and had to get a second set of keys. To my surprise, I didn't even have to deal with a #realperson, but rather a handy dandy machine that does it for you! #Cool. One, two, three, in and out just like that. I like the place and it was close enough. #MissionAccomplished! #TheBrokerWithAHeart"
